All Sales Are Final

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit

We do not issue cash refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider using secure delivery options.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the issue at no additional cost.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are non-refundable. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production timelines.

Digital Products

All digital items (downloads, exclusive content, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
